At Raff’s Shop Sorrento, we want your experience with our Italian leather bags and accessories to be as effortless and personal as the people behind them. Here you’ll find answers to some of our most common questions - from shipping and delivery to caring for your leather. Each of our pieces is made in Italy using genuine leather from Florence, carefully selected for its quality and natural beauty. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, our team is always happy to help - we’re just a message away. We certainly do! We ship to many countries worldwide with secure packaging and provide tracking. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

It depends on where you are. We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days from purchase. Most orders within Italy will be fulfilled within 5-7 days, but we would aim factoring 14-17 days for overseas orders to be received.
During peak times, our delivery suppliers can be subjected to delivery delays, so we would always recommend ordering in advance of when you need the product, to ensure it gets to you in time!
If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you have bought, you can return the product within 30 days, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. The products must be in perfect condition with all sales tags still attached.
We only ask that you cover the shipping costs to return the item to us.
We can either replace the product for you or issue a voucher for the value of the item minus shipping costs, to be used within 12 months.
If you have any problems with any of our products within 12 months we will repair/replace them for you free of charge. We only ask that you pay shipping costs to return the product to us, and we will cover all other costs.
We are always on hand to help you out in any way we can, even with any issues beyond the 12 month period. We have full belief in the quality of our offering and always wish to be on hand to help our customers in any way we can.

- Keep it dry and clean: Avoid exposure to water, oils, and direct sunlight. If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth and let it air-dry naturally.
- Condition regularly: Use a high-quality leather conditioner or cream every few months to maintain softness, prevent cracking, and protect the surface.
- Store properly: Keep leather items in a cool, dry place, ideally inside a breathable dust bag. Avoid plastic covers, which can trap moisture and cause damage over time.
