Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on eligible order. The threshold on free delivery depends on where the recipient is based, and can be found on our shipping page.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Raff's Shop Sorrento is not responsible for any customs and additional taxes applied by to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, customs, etc.). We recommend checking these with your local authority before placing an order if you are unsure.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damages
Raff's Shop Sorrento is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please do also reach out to us and we will be happy to help where we can.
International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
